New iPad Air

Having got the iPad Air partly up and running yesterday, I have continued to play with it, putting on the apps which I wish to use, all of this morning. Mrs GOG took this photograph of me sitting on a straight-backed chair in the lounge; I cannot sit on any of the soft furnishings and must keep my back straight even on the straight-backed chair. I was downloading engineering applications, which once I have evaluated them, I might use on this iPad. I am beginning to think that I might actually like this machine.

Regarding my health, I have now regained the seven kilograms, which I lost, while in hospital for eight days; it has taken six weeks to regain this weight. I am glad to say that some of this is muscle and I can now move about relatively freely apart from the back problems which are still there. I am also glad to say that I am no longer on a restricted diet and can eat more or less what I like.
