Survival of the Fittest

So today was my last sporting event of 2013. It consisted of a 10k run in glorious sunshine with countless obstacles thrown in just for fun. Obstacles such as climbing through cars, over bales of hay, into skips of water followed by skips of mud and finished off with climbing over an 8ft wall at the end (just to name a few). Much tougher than my usual sort of events & I am now sporting some additional bruises on my legs but.... IT WAS SO MUCH FUN!!!! In my excitement of the day I neglected to take any photos of the course, so this is my medal instead.
