Shock at local night club closure

Shock! Horror! Kendal no longer has a night club as the Passion Pit, or the Loft as it was most recently called, has closed.
Whilst part of me is a bit saddened, in truth it's a long time since I went to a nightclub, let alone one in Kendal. In fact I only get out on a proper night out in Kendal about once every 6 months and that was pre having a baby. So in all honesty it's not going to bother me, and, well, should I find myself out in Kendal the Dunn Horse do karaoke until 3 apparently, who's up for it?
