Quince stew

This contraption is specially built to isolate the quince stew from earth tremors and traffic vibrations as it slowly drips into the jug below.
The stainless steel maslin pan with the iron base ensures that the quince juice is not magnetised.
I tasted the stew - it is probably the most sour thing I've tasted since mouth pipetting hydrochloric acid…...

The gov tells me it will be alright when the other ingredients are added.
