FROZEN ASSETS?

Saw this sign, but decided not to do what it asked for 4 reasons:

1. It was raining.
2. It was very cold.
3. I didn't have a spare bra with me!!
4. Someone might call the Police if they saw a half-naked woman and I have grandchildren to look after this weekend.

Not a good day for blipping for reasons 1 and 2 above.
