Roses in November in the United Kingdom

We are feeding and looking after our neighbour’s dog this week and this morning I took a variety of pictures of views and flowers in their garden. There looks as though there will be at least a week’s worth of blips to be had there and no doubt Bo, the dog, will feature at some point; I have blipped him before.

Today has been spent so far in setting up my new iPad and downloading everything from the ‘cloud’. It is taking a while as there is a lot of information on my old iPad and on my iPhone to be transferred.

These roses were blooming in our neighbour’s front garden and as their garden is much more sheltered than ours, being some three hundred metres further along the lane, these have not yet been affected by frost. There were also some fuchsias as well as a beautiful yellow rosebud.

I have also decided to include this as part of my ‘one street’ series as their house is further along the lane.

The rest can be seen here.
