Flowery Ivy

I hadn't realised that ivy flowers could be so exotic-looking. Apparently they are an important source of food for nectar-feeding insects at this time of year.

Not so bright today but pleasant enough for a stroll out to a local park, passing a tennis club where a couple of outdoor matches were in progress - wonderful in November!

Now an afternoon of wall-to-wall rugby matches beckons!
