This photo is dedicated to my mum. I can see my finger starting to sneak into the corner of the shot - tut tut!

My mum is the queen of getting fingers in shots; not getting people fully into the shot (cutting heads off etc); missing the action in action shots; & taking photos of the ground. Getting the spool of film developed always had a sense of anticipation as to whether there was a good photo in there...

However, even 10, 20, 30, 40 years later my mum can still remember where each photo was taken, why it was taken & who was in it - most often with back stories to other things that weren't captured on film.
