Such a good wife .......

...... that's me, not the heron!!!! (so modest, aren't I!!)

Himself has gone sea fishing today so I was up at 05.00 to make sandwiches and wave him off .... why waste an opportunity for an early blip foray into the countryside.

Big lens and a very long way away so a pretty radical crop was required but am fairly pleased with the result altho it's a bit "soft" ..... the morning is dull and damp, the sky is grey and it's pretty chilly out there ..... I hope the sea is calm and the fish are biting.
