Alex and Zoe

At Nanna's - we'd all converged to buy Alex her graduation dress. She doesn't graduate until half way through next year, but the ball is only once a year, so here we all were.

It was strangely easy and she will look beautiful and elegant.

We all had such a nice time - my apologies that this photo is such rubbish - neither of them will thank me for it, but it's a record of a nice day.

At midnight, and the rain was coming down hard, really hard, the gutter above Mum's balcony was blocked and became a waterfall. The balcony drainage was blocked and the balcony became a swimming pool in minutes. I was pushed out by Mum to correct it in my undies - totally drenched in seconds - we did laugh!
