Perilous Parking

Parked in Ship Street in Drogheda today ...Old now and surrendering gradually to the will of the river.... Love the old stonework and hate the wooden windows painted to fool the casual observer. Strange a town council charging you to park here and discretely noting the street is liable to tidal flooding!! Glad I didn't park on a dark stormy night..........
Loved my smithy class this morning where I undertook the task to make a more challenging copper bowl.... It's good to push yourself and test your limits.... Looking forward now to the coming days arranging a challenging trip to photograph wallabies (transferred to the island in the 1980s from Dublin Zoo) and deer in the wild on an island off the coast....That'll be different....just saying
