The pamperer and the pampee

Pops and I went to the hospital today to see the renal nurse. It was a short visit. He had his bloods taken so now I'm waiting for them to be processed.

I nipped to see my massage friend who was doing my friends nails. We chatted, laughed and giggled taking the mick out of each other for nearly 3 hours. It was hilarious.

We've had an Indian tonight. Too much but very nice.

On my twilight tomorrow. Only 2.5 shifts to go before I go for my yearly trip to Scarborough with my friend Hazel and the dogs.
