Poorly Foot

Farrier been to take shoe off again as far worse with it on. Not sure what's wrong now. Latest idea might be sidebone which is where the cartilage ossified in to bone. Not usually ending badly but time off for a while. Bit surprised if it is that as one day she was fine then next day came out of box lame. As before time will tell.
