Restoring the balance
I woke at 4.40 this morning (after going to bed at 1). Despite my obvious frustration at my lack of sleep, especially on a weekend, a couple of hours later, I was sat here in my favorite Saturday morning spot, enjoying coffee, a pumpkin muffin and The Week and I. able to actually concentrate on what I was reading for the first time in months. I think the meditation is paying off.
I left here to go to a Pilates class and had a thoroughly peaceful day.
