The sad tale of the cashmere hat...

A few weeks ago I was given a lovely cashmere hat to keep me warm in the coming winter. I loved this hat - it was so comfortable, looked good and was very warm. I wore it almost daily, up to the day before yesterday, when it accidentally found its way into the washing machine with my heavy duty work coat. Well to cut a long story short, Alfred now has a nice new 'shrunk to fit' cashmere hat.
I don't think he's as overjoyed with it as I was... ;-)
