Had to go for a health check today as I've hit 40.

Glucose 5.2
Blood Pressure 124/72
Risk Score 1.14

I don't really know what this numbers mean but apparently it's good. I know that if your risk score is over 20 then you need to see a doctor so I'm some way away from that.
