Caught in the act

T and M caught me on the corridor mid picture. I tried to keep my composure but there you go.

Bacon sandwiches on the way which is something to look forward to.

I've just had the most rotten night's sleep. Was it the flu jab, the whole Aero bar or the fish? Or a bit of all three? Or none at all?

Still, no point moaning about it but today is going to be a bit of a slog!
