Two alternatives to get home.

The little streak of white you can see, is PJ in the boat heading for home. I am on the road driving back. He will take 25 minutes from here (30 minutes from Havelock) and I will take 2 hours driving from Havelock.
This is taken from Cullens Point, looking down the Pelorus Sound, and the tide is very low. We have a 12 ft (or 3 metre) rise and fall here for the tides here.
I went out to town yesterday for the dentist (yikes!) and then the Camera Club night. Then today we had to get a service done on the outboard motor on the boat, so PJ organised to go to his dentist as well.
Both back home, catching up on things.
