Emergency Duck Blip

Busy day, so all that was left is this EDB.
This duck was with his head under water and just when I took the shot he raised his head out of the water.
If you look carefully you still can see a filter of water over the duck's head. Quit amazing, because the feathers are water repellent. So it is like a cocoon of water over his head. Just in a blink of an eye the water was gone, it fell apart in small drops because water can't attach to his feathers.
(And yes, his feathers, because this nice colored one is a male. The colors are to impress the females, who have camouflage colors)
