.....of jogging!

Oh jogging? I hear laughing.

Yes.

TWW took me jogging tonight.

What can I say.....we nearly ran the whole way!!!

We took the dogs (Sadie and Marley) and, well Marley does like to be in front, so he took Jane out on his way to the front!

We collected a drunk on the way, it was a little like Forest Gump on his big run!!

We did manage to finally shake him off as we ran up a hill, that's right, RAN up a hill.

we walked the rest of the way.

Then did a final 1o m metre not mile sprint.

We rehydrated with a full fat coke and chocolate.

I did try to hold back as I knew I had a pecan Danish waiting for me at home, only to find Mr bloody Tits had eaten it.

He is not doing very well at the mo.

He will pay!!!!!
