Energy

Having spent the morning working at home, went up to the Central School of Speech and Drama this afternoon to practice using my diaphragm and spinal chord to project my voice more effectively. I am now truly thespian in speech and bearing. But I need more energy apparently.

London was very Christmassy. The window displays in Selfridges are exceptional and a lot of people were photographing them.
