Performance

Once a year we submit data to a national organisation who do lots of calculations and create reports that tell us how well we have performed compare to our peers....not done so bad last year. Next task will be to look for ways of doing it even better!

Three things to appreciate
1. Painkillers for monster headaches
2. Cosy warm clothes
3. That someone else is doing the rickshaw challenge for children in need! my legs ache just thinking about what they have achieved!
