Pioneer Winter

I spent an hour on the street in downtown Wilmington early this afternoon. I thought this guy looked interesting and I got a reasonable good shot off. After examining the image on my computer, I checked out his name tag. As it turns out, his name is Pioneer Winter and he is here for the Cucalorus Film Festival, a week long event that seems to get bigger each year. His name is Pioneer Winter. I googled him and HERE is what I discovered about him and his reason for being in town.
