yesterday the strap of my camera bag broke. monumentally. I held it together with a kindly donated hairband. after less than 6 months, not that great for a Lowepro that supposedly comes with a 'lifetime guarantee'...
spend ages searching for the receipt last night - and this morning discovered that since the store no longer stocks the same one, I'd have to pay a tenner for one almost EXACTLY identical.
