Mud, mud, glorious mud...

Nothing quite like it for cooling the blood indulging in a spot of 'me time'.

I've had a busy day at work (every single patient turned up...miracles do happen!) & Mr A is working late tonight, so it seemed a perfect opportunity to try out the skin care freebies I got from his sister last week. Namely the Dead Sea Minerals Mud Mask.

It claims to rejuvenate skin by lifting off dead skin cells & by promoting cell regeneration. It didn't have the nicest smell, and felt quite stingy after application, but my skin was glowing and felt really smooth afterwards.

So from me time to feet up with a cup of tea time now. Cheers!
