The Birds

Don't tell anyone, but I went birdwatching today.

RP1 will remember Caerlaverock. Today I saw

5000 or so barnacle geese
whooper swans
Teal
wigeon
Tufted duck
Shoveler
Greater spotted woodpecker
Great tit
coaltit
bluetit
chaffinch
greenfinch
brown ones
distant birds of prey


And that's not including either the types of birds that the people next to me were talking about, but I couldn't convince myself I could recognise or the Mute swans, mallards, Curlew, robins, blackbirds, crows and other generic run-of-the-mill birds

I didn't really like that many of the photos.
