Cake For The Old Gits!

As I mentioned yesterday, I baked this banana and date cake for today's monthly Old Gits' Coffee morning, which my golfing partner, Henri, hosted. A really good turn out today with 15 of us former teaching colleagues meeting for a catch up.

In an attempt to walk off the vast quantities of the various cakes we'd consumed, we went out for a round of golf this afternoon. Got decidedly nippy once the sun began to go down.
