Be the Change

Actions and consequences was a saying I heard many times when I was young, not in relation to the world, more usually it would be because I was being reminded that whatever mischief I might be making had some consequence that would follow.

I like the saying in this this picture, it reminds us that we're all interlinked and that there's a higher order to things but still there are consequences of our actions.

We've been working with our colleagues across the world to raise the profile of adult learning because we believe that by acting globally we can effect change not just there, but locally too.

With the stats in the news today that suggest one in four adults in Scotland have no qualifications we know we have a long way to go.
