Stupidity/Cruelty

I went for a long long walk after work today. I ended up in a busy part of town. Tai Yuan Jie (the big open mall). I came across the 'wonderful' people selling fish in these tiny balls. There are two fish in each one.. I wonder how many actually make it home alive.
