Sunshine on a Cold Novembers Day!

I forgot that a few weeks ago I was surprised to see one solitary flower blooming in my back garden.

Hardly out there much with the horrible grey weather we have had so much of late. But today was a treat, cold but super windy & I managed to get two loads of washing out and dry.

I kept smiling with each trip in and out as another flower had bloomed and it looks like another bud is about to burst soon! Don't they know its the middle of November? Mad flowers.

They are rays of sunshine in my bare winter garden.

I've no idea what they are...some budding flower person no doubt will be able to tell me.
