The innards

The best way to understand how an analyser works in the lab is to open it up and see what it does under the covers. So as I was doing that with the Centaur immunoassay -hormones and tumour markers and stuff- I thought I'd surupticiously stick my little camera in too and see what I got. seems I got a close up of the wash channels.

Really the best way to work out how the analysers work is to sort them out when they go wrong...but I don't want to be doing that intentionally
