Finally healing

After the wound opened up last Friday following removal of the stitches, my hand is finally showing signs of healing. I still don't have full movement, but I am confident that will improve in time, as will the swelling of my fingers.

I'm told I'll have a bit of a bigger scar, but since it's my hand, I'm not too bothered by that. Once it has healed I should massage it with lots of moisturiser, but that's some while off yet.

I was treated to having my nails done along with my hair today, I almost feel human again :)

Back to see my consultant in 3 weeks, so I should have a much bigger improvement by then.
