A hive of activity at the Hotel Mencey: tables rolled out onto the lawn, elegantly choreographed processions of waiters, gardeners preening bushes and replanting beds, technicians fixing fancy lights to the gym roof.

Oh, and the breakfast offering seems to have been stepped up too - one could tell this from today's cava offering which offered an increase in bubble content and superlative bouquet...
