Rainy season has struck with a vengence in Seoul! Notice the Han River approaching Highway 70? That means the Han River Park bicycle/jogging path is completely submerged! It's still coming down too. If this keeps up, I'm sure the highway will be underwater soon! Yikes! By the way, this was shot using my new Canon SD950 that I got on EBay for a steal!
