. . . Poppy is getting used to candlelight this week.

This time tea was in the oven half cooked when the power went in both Butler & Bishop. After an hour we were just thinking of inviting round the usual man from Radcliffe (who had power), when back came the power! (Booo) So the original tea (although a bit dry) finally made it to the table.

Other news - G is in the middle of his mock exams, he causally announced he'd got an A* for his Geography coursework today, made me fill up!

Em successfully negotiated the bus & train system to get to Market Harborough for her first training day at Joules, loved it, full of enthusiasm,  made me fill up again! I know, I need to grow a pair!
