Day 2 in the Blue Mountains included riding the world's steepest railway down into the valley to explore the rainforest - lots of huge gum trees and the kind of creepers you expect to see Tarzan swinging from! Then headed off through the mountains and down the other side to stay in the rural town of Oberon. Today was a wildlife spotting day - had to pick a blip from Lyre birds, Echidna and Wallabies. Discovered that Wallabies have the same road sense as deer and badgers in the UK.
