Restaurant Acchiardo

In Nice, France. It seems a bit unreal now that I'm home. Heck it seemed even more unreal when I was there. Acchiardo is a pleasant, family-run Italian restaurant in old Nice. One of the ways to get there is down a set of steps covered with a groined stone ceiling. It was interesting enough to look at when we walked through, and then, midway through our supper an a cappella group stopped there to sing one song. Probably they wanted the thrill of hearing harmonies reverberating from the ancient stones. We were lucky enough to hear them too.
