Fungal Foot

My Wednesday morning school has provided me with a few nice 'shrooms in the last few weeks, but I especially love this one I found today. The lobe on the right reminds me of a foot with those little 'toes' along the edge!

Big foot.

If I hadn't have found this the skies coming home tonight were gorgeous - so I stopped for some shots, and this one, with the red sky reflected in the huge puddle on the field, would have been my blip instead.
