First frost!

Yes, last night was our coldest yet this autumn and this morning the ground was white with frost. But it was fine and sunny, and here is Russet in the "down" position, having galloped around the field and rolled in the frost with great enjoyment! She still enjoys trying out her training and comes to my whistle from some distance!
But this afternoon I had to visit the hygienist, necessary but......and later on made a roast chicken dinner - mid week but why not?!
