.. Never buy advent chocolates till the 30th November as they will be devoured, you'll be angry with yourself, and you will have to go and buy more.

I never had this trouble with the cardboard advent calendars. The perforated edges and tin foil barrier was enough to keep my need for chocolate at bay. But oh no, not these little buggers, they didn't even make it into their own little numbered sacks.

Bad times :(
