It seems everyone looks forward to the John Lewis Christmas adverts these days. Everyone, perhaps, except John Lewis from Blacksburg, Virginia who has the twitter handle @johnlewis. He has used the vast majority of his 98 tweets so far, to correct people who meant to tweet @johnlewisretail on the success of the bear and hare advert. And helped clock up over 7,000 followers in the process.

It all seems very cordial, and the two have been in touch today through twitter. Maybe Mr Lewis would accept a sizeable offer from the retail store to purchase his twitter name... I think that's what I'd do!
