Pollokshields prepares for Christmas

Tonight was the evening when Pollokshields shops open late to encourage local shopping in the run up to Christmas - the Christmas lights are on and despite the wind and rain everyone seemed to be having a good time.The shops were providing hospitality - mulled wine or prosecco, pakora or mince pies. This shot was taken from outside the local Deli - with a friend playing guitar to entertain the shoppers.
