Avonbridge

A lunchtime cycle today took me to Avonbridge; a small town built around a bridge. Over the River Avon. "Avon", of course, meaning "River" on Old English. So the name of the town really translates to "Bridge over the River".

Here is the river. And beside it, me. On a bike. Which rather makes sense, since I was out for a cycle.

Don't like the way my hair looks here. Maybe I used too much hairspray...
