Martello Tower, Rye Harbour

Lovely walk this morning with Molly in Rye Harbour. Had trouble with the screen on the back of my camera in this lovely Autumn Sunshine and missed a great shot of a fish ing boat going out to sea. Which makes be crave for an old fashioned view finder.
This Martello tower is in quite a sorry state which makes it look like mediaeval castle ruin and not a Fort from the Napoleonic wars
