A cold and frosty morning!
I took this blip mid run this morning. I'm feeling very proud of myself because I ran 3km today. I'm hoping to be up to 5k by 8th December when I have my 5k run in aid of Myton Hospice. At the start of October I struggled to complete 60 seconds of running, let alone run for this long! And I've lost a stone in weight, dropped a dress size and feel better than I have in years. I haven't really been watching what i eat so if I started doing that as well I think I could double the weight loss! Wish I had started this earlier! I'm a convert now!
