Bean Man

This gent had a few baked beans for lunch. I thought I might want to take his photo but I hadn't brought a camera with me.

I seldom think of the camera on my iPad mini, but it eventually dawned on me as I sat there watching him, as he slowly took small bites, seemingly to make his meal last a bit longer.

I thought the polite thing to do would be to ask him if I could take his photograph since I had earlier struck up a conversation about the quality of the beans . He was such a nice fellow, he acquiesced.
