Feeling Blue

Not been feeling great since last evening. Sore head so hope not the start of something.

MrsT and L not 100% either so must be something going round.

Didn't make it out the home office today but managed to get through much of my inbox.

Did head out to the gym this evening to get out the house for a spell and get some much needed exercise.
