Lack of Inspiration . . .

Spent far too much of the day on secretarial duties and then a spot of housework, but as it was a day of hailstones and gales, I wasn't that upset! Darkness fell and I realised I was blip-less so here you have it, a fresh cloth on the kitchen table, just getting ready to serve up the remains of the roast lamb cunningly disguised as Suleiman's Pilaf. I have no recollection where I got the recipe but it combines rice, left over roast lamb, pine nuts, rosemary, yoghurt, sultanas, onion, tomatoes and Parmesan cheese and is perfect comfort food on a wild, wet and windy day!
