And continuing the edible theme this is a banana, pecan and pumpkin seed muffin I had at work this morning. I may or may not have mentioned that my colleague, Brenda’s, daughter is a very keen (and very good) baker and we are regularly treated to her delicious creations. I’ve yet to taste anything cooked by her that hasn’t tasted wonderful including these muffins and yesterday’s triple-decker chocolatey-caramel cake. It’s a good thing I’m only in the office three days a week ;)
