An Autumnal Walk
Swapped a day shift for a night shift...done the night shift and now I have today off...so a wee wander up to Craigies farm shop was the order of the day. The Autumn colours were still in fine form and I managed to get a few shots today but this one stood out for me.
As a photographer, our desire is to capture an image that evokes a reaction of some description - be it anger due to some injustice - a warm smile at the happiness of a reunion - the wonderment of our natural world lit up by "The world's greatest lighting engineer!!".
So the photographer will capture that image and then using the digital darkroom, bring the best out of that image - They may remove a blemish, a stain that somewhat detracts from the beauty underneath. Lighten some areas whilst others will be darkened somewhat - and all the while the image does not move, complain or hide - it just waits until the photographer is finished and is ready to show off his works to the world.
For those of you who recognise who the representation of the photographer is.....let us allow Him to transform us into the creation that He wants us to be -
"The greatest lighting engineer in the world" has a desire to show off His creation to the best that it can be - let us allow Him for He knows what He is doing...
